ROCK BODY -designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. 1hr
BEFIT -Beginners class to get started with basic workout routines. 45 min
POWER SCULPTING -provides the ultimate in total body conditioning and muscle definition geared specifically towards creating a lean, sculpted physique. 1hr
STRETCHING/CORE -covers the essential principles necessary for all levels of flexibility, stretching, performance enhancement and injury prevention. Increases athletic performance, prevent lower back injury and help move more efficiently in everyday lives. 30 MIN
XTREME TRAINING -is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS 1hr
ZUMBA-involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. 1hr

No paper sign up!! As a participant of these classes you will be required to have a fitness assessment and times will be set up for these to be completed, after classes begin. 20 people per class.
